A paraphilia (from the Greek παρά, parameters: 'outside' and φιλία, subsidiaries: ' love') is a behavior pattern sexual in which the predominant source of pleasure is not in the intercourse, but some other thing or activity that accompanies it. Usually, though not necessarily, happen mainly because the person who had already practiced a very high amount of sexual pleasure, there comes a time when little not satisfied and want more and more of that activity to experience orgasm or arousal .
