The Vehicle Manual is a document prepared by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce in collaboration with relevant bodies ITV regarding the Autonomous Communities, which provides descriptions of the reforms analyzed, coding and documentation required for processing. This Manual will be available for consultation by the applicants for reform in all the ITV stations. The Manual will be updated when you change the definition of the reforms or the statutory criteria on vehicles, both national and the European Union.
